Dog Training

 

I joined my first K-9 wilderness search team in 1998.  I started also working with a USAR team in 2012. Both disciplines require extensive partnership and training with a K-9.     Along the way of training my search dogs, I also started participating in dogs sports like Agility, Obedience, Rally, and Flyball and had many behavioral challenges to solve including Reactivity.  My K-9 experiences led me to open K-9 Magic in 2017 to help others with some of the same things I had to learn the hard way.

K-9 Magic focuses on celebrating the Human-K-9 Bond. My dogs are my partners and friends. We have a relationship based on mutual respect.  I share the knowledge I have gained over the years in the hopes it will help others.
